How do I exchange an order?
EXCHANGES
For US residents, you may exchange most new, unused clothing, within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please use our automated exchange system. Once we receive the item(s), we will send out your replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the original item(s) back to us unless you purchased the free return and package protection option at checkout on your original order.
We are a small business, so while we are happy to exchange, we cannot cover shipping fees for returned items. We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments cannot be exchanged, only returned. Shipping is not refunded.
An order can only be exchanged once.
Free Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.
Requirements:
- Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Only new unused clothing can be exchanged.
- Original Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.
- Returns to your original payment method will incur a 10% restocking fee
- Exchanges and Returns for store credit are free and do not incur a restocking fee.
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Free Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.
ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:
- The item was already exchanged
- Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
- Items must be free of odors. Items containing cigarette smoke odors will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Item was marked as Clearance or Closeout - all clearance/closeout items are sold as is and are not returnable.
- Item was refused upon delivery.
- Item was a customized/personalized design.
These policies are only valid for purchases made on BecauseTees.com. Any purchases made on third-party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, Jane have their own return policies which are stated on the respected websites.
Orders are limited to 1 discount code/coupon. Discounts cannot be combined.
ITEM NOT DELIVERED POLICY
We wish we could hand deliver every order to ensure it's safe arrival. Sometimes the shipping carriers will mark a package as delivered, but it is not found. We will be unable to replace this package unless you purchased the Free Returns & Package Protection item during checkout.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your order has started production, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. If your order has not started production yet, there will be a 5% cancellation fee to cover the fees imposed by the credit card processors.
